Bees

Bees are a beneficial insect which helps to pollinate plants throughout the valley. It’s normal to have a few bees buzzing around your house with no need to do anything about it.

On occasion, you may have a swarm of bees fly into one of your trees or hang out under your eaves. If you have a swarm of bees don’t panic! While swarming, bees will often move on to another location after a few days. If they are in a location where they pose no threat of stinging anyone, keep an eye on them for about 2 to 3 days to see if they move on. Waiting for them to move on could save you money and also save the needed bee population.

If someone in your family is allergic, or the bees are in a location near people, then hiring a bee exterminator may be required.
